System Options

The existing System Option – ‘Suggest Updates All Templates’ was updated to expand functionality to the Suggest button on the Website tab of Item Records. Previously it only applied to the Suggest button on the General tab.

• This System Option can be found by going to Administrative → System Options → Inventory Options, or by searching for the option using the Search bar.

Item Find

Item List - Invoice Print Button

New options have been added to the Invoice Print button:

• Include Store Name
• Group by Vendor ID instead of Invoice #

You can access Invoice Print through a generated list by going to Inventory → Items → Find – and entering your desired search criteria.

Item Find Changes

New search criteria have been added to the General and Item Details tabs of Item Find:

• On Sale status
• Does or Doesn’t have photo
• Has Spiff
• Has folio number

Physical Inventory - Current/Retail Prices

The Current and Retail prices now appear in the Scanned Items list when conducting Physical Inventory. This allows you to verify the item’s tag has the correct pricing from the list view.
