WHAT IT IS

A feature that lets you and your associates keep track of their time worked.

WHAT IT DOES

The Time Card Feature allows associates to Punch In and Punch Out using The Edge. It also allows someone with special permission to add or adjust associate punches, and to run attendance reports on the total amount of time associates have worked.

HOW IT WORKS

How to Punch In and Out:
To Punch In:
  1. Click the Associate Tab > Time Card.
  2. Select Punch IN. The associate will be prompted to enter their ID and Password.
  3. Enter ID and Password as prompted.
  4. Associate is now punched IN and a confirmation will appear
To Punch Out:
  1. Click the Associate Tab > Time Card.
  2. Select Punch OUT. The associate will be prompted to enter their ID and Password.
  3. Enter ID and Password as prompted.
  4. Associate is now punched OUT and a confirmation will appear
NOTE: Use these steps both for Punching In/Out for the day, as well as for Lunch Breaks.
