The Edge team is excited to return to JCK Las Vegas for another full day of education, discussion, and exciting announcements.

The morning portion of the event will focus on seminar-style sessions designed to help you better utilize The Edge and improve day-to-day operations within your store. This year’s morning sessions will focus heavily on customer CRM strategies, customer communication, retention tools, and effective use of Why-In tracking to better understand what is driving traffic and sales into your store.

After lunch, we’ll shift our focus to everything that has changed since last year’s JCK seminar. We’ll walk through many of the newest features and enhancements added to The Edge over the past year, explain how they can benefit your business, and demonstrate how to start using them effectively.

We’ll also preview several upcoming features and initiatives currently in development, giving attendees an early look at where The Edge is headed next.

In addition, we’ll host an open Q&A session with both The Edge team and the Edge Retail Academy, giving attendees the opportunity to ask operational, marketing, inventory, and best-practice questions directly to the experts. We’ll also introduce and welcome our new CEO, Josh Brenner, who will be joining us for part of the day.

This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow Edge users, hear about what’s new, learn what’s coming next, and spend time with the Edge team in a relaxed environment.
