Referral Cards create an incentivized system for both new and existing customers and can also tie directly into the Rewards Card feature.
WHAT IT DOES
One excellent way of obtaining new customers is through customers you already have. The Referral Card feature lets you do just that. When you have an outstanding customer experience, you can provide that customer with these cards to incentivize new customers to patronize your store through word-of-mouth. When the new customer uses a referral card, that new customer will be given a credit towards their first purchase and the existing customer who referred them will receive a store credit as a thank you. These cards then turn into Rewards Cards so that repeat customers can earn rewards toward future purchases, helping to build customer loyalty.
HOW IT WORKS
Complete initial setup of default rewards tier and default referral settings.
Obtain referral/rewards cards. These follow a specific numbering sequence so if you are ordering from a non-preferred Edge vendor, check with us first on numbering requirements.
Activate the referral cards and distribute them to your best customers.
