WHAT IT IS
This feature lets you remove associates from your Edge system (for whatever reason) and mark them as inactive.
WHAT IT DOES
Marking an associate as inactive allows you to remove them from drop-down selections found throughout The Edge, but keeps them linked to historical sales.
HOW IT WORKS
To mark an associate inactive:
Go to Administrative → Associates → List.
Double-click on the associate in question and check the box labeled “Inactive” to mark them
To view your inactive associates, again you will go Administrative → Associates → List, and check
the box for Show Inactive Items.
