Occasions Report
WHAT IT IS

This allows you to generate a report of customers’ special occasions, which can then be used to export a mailing list for reminders and sale flyers.

WHAT IT DOES

The Occasions report filter only requires that you select a time frame, although you can also narrow by customer and occasion type. You can show results as couple records or individual records. The results are then sorted by occasion date, allowing you to create your list.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. To run the Occasions report, click Report → Customers → Occasions.
  2. Customize the report. Data fields in this report include:
    • Customer number: The customer’s ID number
    • Customer name/address/phone number: Contact information
    • Date & nature of the occasion
  3. Click OK to generate the report.
