Save frequently run custom reports and customize your Edge report menu.
WHAT IT DOES
The Memorized Reports feature allows you to take any Edge report, customize it to your liking, and save it as a custom report for future use. Additionally, it gives you full control over the layout and color scheme of the Edge report menu, including the ability to create new report buttons as well as report groups. And you can customize how each report outputs choosing between display on your screen, save as a PDF, or email to designated associates. Grouped reports can also be set up to all run together with a single click, allowing you to streamline your operations.
HOW IT WORKS
Select an Edge report, set your desired criteria, then click the Presets button and select Memorize Report. You will then be able to customize this report’s button including the text and color and select how you want it to output.
The Manage Reports window opens after you successfully add a new report. This window allows you to change the layout of the Edge reports menu.
From the Managed Reports window, utilize the New Group button to create new groups and customize how you want your reports organized. Grouped reports can be set to run together by adding a Run All button.
