Create customer lists based on specific criteria for targeted marketing and outreach.

WHAT IT DOES

The Group/Mailing Lists feature is an easy-to-use and effective promotional tool that allows you to create a targeted group of customers. It integrates with all the ways Edge allows you to reach customers. This feature helps you manage specific groups of customers so you can contact them for the things they might be interested in including promotions, events, and occasions. It’s also useful for selecting customers for reminders such as inspections on significant past purchases and appraisal updates.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Utilize Customer Find and set parameters to bring up a list of customers, then click the Group/Mailing List button at the bottom to add them to a new list or append to an existing list.
  2. Individually add or remove customers from a Group/Mailing List by bringing up their Customer Record and clicking on the Other Keys tab; available lists are displayed on the right.
  3. Integrated into all Customer Reports, run the desired report and click the Mailing button in the report toolbar at the top to easily take all the customers on the report and add them to a new list or append an existing list.
