The Edge gives you the ability to change the starting field for a cursor in multiple Find Filters (for customers, items, and services).
WHAT IT DOES
To do so, you will navigate to:

Customer→Find

Inventory→Items→Find

Services→Find
From these Find Filter windows, click on the PRESETS button → then Set Starting Field. In the drop-down field, you can select which field you would like the cursor to start in when using the filters.
