WHAT IT IS
An interactive Store Calendar that allows you to view customer occasions and schedule notifications, act on outstanding service jobs, view and set appointments, and maximize efficiency with associate tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
WHAT IT DOES
With the Store Calendar, you can manage jobs, customers, and associates with ease. Create mailing lists, directly email, or simply view customers with upcoming birthdays and anniversaries. View jobs (repairs, custom orders, special orders, appraisals, assemblies, and builds) and job tasks that are due, overdue for completion, and overdue for pickup. Schedule and manage customer appointments, and view and manage tasks for all or specific associates.
HOW IT WORKS
From your home screen, select the Calendar button from the top navigation menu. On the left, the full month is displayed. Choose a specific date to view and edit tasks.
Birthdays, anniversaries, store tasks, job tasks, appointments, and overdue jobs are all color-coded and assigned different tiles. Double click on them by day, week, or month to see a list view for more details, and to edit or take action.
To make a new appointment, double click an empty time slot to bring up the appointment window. To add another appointment at the same time, simply click on an empty spot and change the time. There’s no limit to the number of appointments you can schedule.
